Eighth Level Consulting LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides temporary fencing and crowd control barricades for rental purposes. Due to the nature of our services, all rental agreements are final and non-refundable once the rental period begins. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued.
1. No Refunds for Completed Rentals
Once a rental order has been delivered and set up, no refunds will be issued. This includes:
- Early termination of the rental period by the customer.
- Dissatisfaction with equipment after use.
- Project cancellations or changes beyond our control.
2. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
We understand that plans may change. Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
2.1. Cancellation Before Delivery
- Full Refund: Orders canceled at least 72 hours before the scheduled delivery will receive a 100% refund of the rental fee.
- Partial Refund: Orders canceled less than 48 hours before delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the total rental cost.
- No Refund: Orders canceled on the day of delivery are non-refundable.
2.2. Equipment Not Delivered
If we fail to deliver the rented equipment due to our own error or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., operational failure, scheduling mistake), the customer is entitled to:
- A full refund or
- Rescheduling the rental at no additional cost.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, customers must follow these steps:
- Submit a Request

- Include details such as the reason for cancellation, order details, and supporting documentation (if applicable).
- Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the approval date.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
- Non-Refundable Fees
- Delivery Fees: If the equipment has already been dispatched, delivery and transportation costs are non-refundable.
- Custom Orders: Any special equipment orders or custom fencing solutions are non-refundable once processed.
4. Damage or Disputes
If you receive damaged or incorrect equipment, please report it immediately upon delivery. We will:
- Inspect the issue and offer a replacement (subject to availability).
- If a replacement is unavailable, we may provide a partial refund or credit toward a future rental at our discretion.
Important: Failure to report an issue within 24 hours of delivery will be considered acceptance of the equipment “as-is.”
